SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME:
Most U.S. points are delivered within 2-5 working days of shipping from our central location in Denver, IA via USPS, FedEx and UPS at our selection.

SHIPPING COST:
Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment destination. Clear Creek uses dimensional weight on many of its items due to the nature of the product. This is reflected in shipping cost. Shipping cost may be checked after placing items in the cart by proceeding ot the cart page and entering the required information.

2ND DAY AND NEXT-DAY SERVICE:
Expedited shipping is available for customers at significantly discounted counter rates by placing an order by phone or internet and using a credit card for payment. Pricing is quoted at time the order is placed. Please call 800-894-0483 for expedited shipping price quote. To request Saturday delivery, make note of such at checkout.

DELIVERIES REQUIRING A SIGNATURE:
To make sure your order reaches you safely, sometimes our carriers require a signature for delivery. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before sending the package back to Clear Creek Fishing Gear.

OVERSIZE ORDERS:
Oversize items requiring additional handling charges because of weight or length may incur additional charges as will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of check out.

ALASKA, HAWAII AND U.S. TERRITORIES:
Shipped via best method at significantly discounted counter rates.

International Shipping Info:

PAYMENT:
Payment must be made with VISA, DISCOVER or MASTERCARD, in United States funds. Wire Transfers may be required for orders from certain countries or dollar amount.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME:
Standard International transit time is 5-15 business days, but may take longer depending on carrier delays or your geographic locations. Orders may be shipped via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

RATES:
International orders are shipped at significantly discountedcounter rates and are available and communicated to Customers at time of order or check out. Expedited International Shipping is provided as carriers allow at significantly discounted counter rtes.

DUTIES AND TAXES:
Duty and related fees are not included and are the responsibility of the Customer.

OVERSIZE ORDERS:
Oversize items requiring additional handling charges because of weight or length may incur additional charges as will be calculated and communicated at the time of check out.

OUR GUARANTEE:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives you can return unused merchandise for a prompt exchange or refund. An authorization number and the original invoice must be included with any item returned.

RETURNS:
All returns must receive an authorization number from Clear Creek Fishing Gear. Please contact Clear Creek Fishing Gear between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday at 800-894-0483 to receive your authorization number. No items will be accepted for exchange or refund without an authorization number, an original invoice or later than 30 days after delivery.

WARRANTY:
All Clear Creek Fishing Gear carry a limited warranty for one year against defective workmanship and or material when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and provided they receive proper care.
